01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 33bd platform — whether through the official website or mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the 33bd platform. Continued access to the platform is considered full acceptance of the terms in effect at that time.

02 User Eligibility

The 33bd platform is exclusively for adults. The following are the basic eligibility requirements that every prospective user must meet:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not currently prohibited from using online gaming services by any relevant legal authority.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

33bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is established that a user registered with false age information, the account in question will be terminated immediately and all balances may be frozen pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 33bd platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information requested includes your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number.

The terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as your 33bd account.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days depending on the selected withdrawal method.
• The minimum deposit limit is MYR 30 and the minimum withdrawal limit is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to lower daily withdrawal limits.

33bd reserves the right to withhold or suspend any suspicious withdrawal until an internal investigation is completed. Users will be notified via email or in-platform message regarding the status of their withdrawal request.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

33bd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements specified for each promotion.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Some games may not be eligible or may only partially contribute toward meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• 33bd reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through unauthorized means or in violation of promotional terms.

33bd also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the 33bd platform, the first step is to contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We are committed to resolving every complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through standard support channels, both parties agree to resolve the matter through a mutually agreed arbitration process before proceeding to court.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 33bd operates.

11 Privacy Policy
